The
Arts in Motion philosophy is both complicated and simple. If you'd like the complicated version, give us a call (we LOVE to talk). But the simple one goes something like this:
Dance should be artistic.
Dance should be thoughtful.
Dance should be uniting.
And, most of all, dance should be fun.
And if it's not all these things, then it's not our kind of dance.
In order to provide such an environment,
Arts in Motion relies on an amazing group of teachers, parents, (and yes) students. The young people in these photos truly represent the heart of
Arts in Motion and as they grow here, they gain greater and greater responsibilities (these include choreographing dances, leading younger dancers in the process and providing guidance for the program at-large through the student board... among many other things. They are professional dancers in every aspect and are expected to behave with that level of composure and talent... and they never disappoint.
