Women’s Haven blends movement, dance-inspired classes, and calming wellness practices with an atmosphere of community and support. Whether you're rediscovering movement, looking for connection, or simply needing a moment of calm in your week, Women’s Haven offers a place to land.

All classes are approachable, beginner-friendly, and designed to help you feel renewed, supported, and at home in your body.

Special Event: Glow & Flow Candlelight Stretch Experience

Relax and reset with a calming, low light yoga and stretch class.

A soft, candlelit version of our “Stretch & Restore” class designed to help you unwind and reconnect with your body. Gentle stretching, slow flow, and restorative poses blend with calming music, aromatherapy and a glowing room. No difficult yoga poses, no pressure - just a peaceful hour to slow down.


FAQs

Do I need experience? Nope. Everything is designed to be welcoming for beginners and returners.


What do I wear? Comfortable, moveable clothing. Barefoot or socks for stretch/flow; tap shoes optional (recommendations provided).


Can I come alone? Absolutely. All are welcome in our programs.


What if I’m not flexible / in shape? You’re in the right place. Modifications are always offered.

I’m very busy! Do I need to commit to regular classes? No. While we have mini session weekly classes, we also have pop up class option and events are designed to work for people who may only be able to commit to once or twice a month, or even less often than that.
