Welcome to your AiM Parent Guide! Here you'll find everything you need for a successful season, from studio policies and important dates to dress code information and helpful resources. Bookmark this page - it's your go-to guide throughout the year.
Order Dancewear & Shoes
Visit our Online Boutique to find everything your dancer needs by class, including dress code requirements, shoes, tights, and accessories. Orders are shipped directly to your home for added convenience.
Need help choosing the right size?
Stop by during our Open House or visit the front desk anytime and we'll happily size your dancer for shoes and dance wear. We also keep a small selection of dance wear, tights, and bags available for purchase in the studio.
Don't panic if your order doesn't arrive before your first class! We know shipping delays happen. Just let us know if you're waiting on shoes or dance wear. We'll help make sure your dancer can get started while your order is on the way.
First Day Arrival & Drop-Off Procedures

Enter through our rear entrance, located off Hanley Industrial Court, where you'll find our designated drop-off lane and the majority of our parking.
Plan to arrive about 10-15 minutes before your first class to give ample time for your child to use the restroom and get settled.
First time visiting? Stop by the front desk when you arrive! We'll help point you in the right direction, answer any last-minute questions, and make sure your dancer knows exactly where to go.
Additional staff members will be available throughout the first week of the school year season to assist families.
Please note: Please use the rear entrance for all arrivals and drop-offs. The Strassner Drive entrance is reserved for exit-only.
Log Into Your Parent Portal
Your Parent Portal is where you'll manage everything related to your dancer throughout the season.
Before classes begin, please login and take a moment to:
Confirm your contact information
Verify your dancer's class schedule and enrollment
Review or update your payment method
Throughout the season, you can also use the Parent Portal to:
Schedule absences and makeup classes
View your account and payment history
Update your family's information
Register for additional classes and camps
